„Manche Soldaten schaffen keine Treppe mehr“ – mit Daniel Futschik

29. Mrz 20236 Kommentare

Hallo Daniel Futschik.

Milena Preradovic: Verhandlungen?

In beiden Fällen wegen Gehorsamsverweigerung.

Milena Preradovic: Ah, okay.

Daniel Futschik: Genau.

Milena Preradovic: Ja, okay.

Daniel Futschik: Was heißt negativ auswirken?

Daniel Futschik: Also selber persönlich jetzt nicht.

Milena Preradovic: Hm hm. Sie haben ja auch Briefe geschrieben. An Ihre Vorgesetzten, an Minister. Was stand denn da drin?

Daniel Futschik: Nein, keine.

Milena Preradovic: Hm hm.

Also meine Meinung.

Milena Preradovic: Stimmt.

Daniel Futschik: Naja, was heißt enttäuscht.

Wissen Sie schon, was Sie danach machen wollen?

Milena Preradovic: Ja, Vielen Dank, Daniel Futschik.

Also sprecht darüber. Erzählt darüber. Teilt dieses Video. Es muss auf den Tisch. Ich wünsche euch eine gute Zeit. Bis bald.

Interview with Daniel Futschik (english)

Milena Preradovic: For most people, Corona is history and I keep hearing: “Well, I’m certainly not going to have the next sting. Easy to say, because at the moment no one is putting any pressure. Compulsory vaccination is off the table for the time being, even in the health sector. But wait. In fact, there is still a vaccination requirement in Germany, which is also being rigorously enforced. And it’s being enforced by the German armed forces. In the new film “Standhalten,” soldiers talk about this compulsion to inject. One of them says he is even threatened with three years in prison because he refuses to be injected. This is despite the fact that internal investigations by the Bundeswehr show that those who have been injected three times are much more likely to be infected with Corona than those who have recovered, and that even Karl Lauterbach now admits to serious vaccination damage. My guest is a lieutenant colonel, unvaccinated, and he asked questions. He never got any answers. He is also no longer allowed to work. But he wants to talk now in point Preradovic. Hello Daniel Futschik.

Daniel Futschik: Hello, I greet you.

Milena Preradovic: I greet you too and I introduce you briefly. You are a lieutenant colonel in the German Armed Forces and a surveyor. You joined the Bundeswehr right after graduating from high school and have been there for 20 years with a short interruption. You spent twelve years as a troop officer with the Panzer Grenadiers. The last eight years you were assigned to the Geoinformation Service of the Bundeswehr as a specialist service officer. When the duty to tolerate came, you decided not to be injected with the so-called Corona vaccination. For more than a year now, you have been banned from performing your duties. You also talked about this in the new film “Standhalten- Soldaten Statements zur Duldungspflicht gesprochen”. What is the current status of your case? Are there still any court proceedings looming or?

Daniel Futschik: Well, my current status is that both military and civilian proceedings have been initiated and I am waiting for my negotiations, so to speak.

Milena Preradovic: Negotiations? What are these different negotiations?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, once negotiations before the military court and once negotiations before the civil court. In both cases for insubordination.

Milena Preradovic: Ah, okay. Do you still receive money from the Bundeswehr?

Daniel Futschik: Yes. Well, I am not yet excluded from service, but I am only suspended from service, that is, in such a pending procedure, so to speak. I’m not allowed to do any service, but I’m still an active soldier and I still get 80% of my pay.

Milena Preradovic: I see, they deducted 20% from your pay.

Daniel Futschik: Exactly.

Milena Preradovic: Yes, okay. What is the worst thing that can happen to you after these two court cases?

Daniel Futschik: Yeah, it always depends on the view. For me, the worst thing would be to be sentenced to three years in prison for insubordination. So being kicked out of the German Armed Forces would not be as bad for me as sitting in jail for three years.

Milena Preradovic: Yes, I can imagine that. But you can also get fined, right?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, it can. So fines are usually the current case. What with many who are convicted, there are just fines.

Milena Preradovic: Do you think it could have a negative effect that you go public?

Daniel Futschik: What do you mean by negative impact? Well, it has already had an effect that I am no longer allowed to participate in the service and everything else, I hope, will somehow have a positive effect, that one or the other will learn a little better and more about what is still going on internally with the Bundeswehr.

Milena Preradovic: Yes, I suppose most of them don’t even know that there is still a duty to vaccinate there, so this duty to tolerate. But what I’m wondering, you just told, you’re also in civil court. Why are civilian courts called upon and not just the military ones?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, the civilian courts have to be involved because insubordination is a criminal offense. And whenever I commit a criminal act internally or as a person, it must also be punished by the civilian courts.

Milena Preradovic: The defense lawyer Sven Lausen, who has now said at Brandenburg live, he has heard from a reliable source that with some the service ban was lifted again, because the Coroner situation is no longer so delicate. Have you also heard anything about this?

Daniel Futschik: Well, not personally. I do have contact with soldiers, but I currently have a lot on my plate. I can’t tell you anything about it now, whether or not.

Milena Preradovic: But it would be nice. One question: Does a soldier have to carry out every order?

Daniel Futschik: Well, I learned in my training as a superior officer that orders must always be binding and lawful. And if an order is contrary to a criminal act or violates human dignity, so to speak, then I don’t have to carry out an order. And in principle, every superior and every soldier has to check that before following an order, so to speak.

Milena Preradovic: Why did you refuse the order to vaccinate?

Daniel Futschik: Why did I refuse? From that point of view, I didn’t refuse directly, but first of all I fulfilled my duty to present myself to the doctor. So, on the one hand, it’s a bit of a question, where so many people are now arguing about giving orders, what kind of orders a superior is allowed to give and what he’s not allowed to give. And in the end, a physician or a doctor is allowed to give an order for a medical measure. And as a rule, most superiors are not like that. And that’s why I only went to the doctor. So I fulfilled my duty, so to speak, to present myself there. But during the medical consultation with the troop doctor or the educational interview, which I was entitled to before such a measure, many questions were not answered and for me there was a lot that remained unanswered or from the information sheets. There were also certain things that had to be done, such as an allergy test or a medical check-up, so to speak, to make sure that you are really healthy. And I always insisted on these things, that I wanted them. Not as a soldier, but as a patient in this sense. And they were always denied to me. And then I also said, yes, then we don’t agree here. And what’s more, you also had to sign a consent form, so to speak, that you voluntarily agreed to be vaccinated. And I also said that I didn’t have to sign it, I wasn’t obliged to. And without this signature, that was the next reason why I was not vaccinated.

Milena Preradovic: Hm hm. You did write letters. To your superiors, to ministers. What did they say?

Daniel Futschik: Well, my first letter, which I actually wrote, was to our chief surgeon general. In principle, I addressed a bit of what I have just described, these medical things, and I wanted to have some answers, because I didn’t get them through official channels. Then I wrote again to the Inspector General and the Minister. And my focus was on the history, on the one hand, how soldiers are treated who do not undergo the measure, that from my point of view they are blackmailed, defamed, threatened in part. And that I also from the point of view, I mean I was a superior myself, that is from my point of view the superiors, because all act negligently and everyone just goes along with it, but does not really protect his subordinates in the sense or deals with them as I have learned as a superior. And that’s what I criticized and chalked up to a bit and also asked whether this is the new leadership method of the Bundeswehr now, that they are going back to blind obedience to orders, so to speak, from the order tactics that they introduced decades ago. Is that the way it’s supposed to be?

Milena Preradovic: Have you had any reaction to your letters?

Daniel Futschik: No, none. Well, I wrote the letters, as I said. Then I also asked twice, I think again in the middle of last year and then again at the beginning of this year so again politely, if you do not get an answer, if you ask something. But I never heard anything about that.

Milena Preradovic: You just mentioned it. There was pressure. What exactly was the pressure that was put on you when it was clear that you didn’t want to be injected?

Daniel Futschik: Well, I mean, the classic things are, first of all, you’re told in quotes. If you don’t follow the order, then you’re in breach of orders, then you’re subject to disciplinary measures, first of all fines, and if you continue to do it, as I said, then it goes to court and then you can be dismissed and that is then formulated accordingly. And in my case, of course, questions were asked: “What am I doing, why am I going public, why am I writing letters? No one could really understand what it was all about.

Milena Preradovic: Hm hm. One of the soldiers in the film reports that unvaccinated soldiers were accompanied to the vaccination road by other soldiers because of the danger of escape. This makes me wonder if there were also cases where soldiers were injected even though they didn’t want to be?

Daniel Futschik: Well, from my circle, I think there were some cases where they were injected, even without consent, without anything. So, so to speak, in a way that the obligation to tolerate is actually also intended. So there were also these cases and I also talked to many or some of them on the phone, who contacted me, who were really overwhelmed and psychologically already finished, because they were told, “today is the appointment, now they go to the injection, everything is already prepared and there is no objection”, something like that.

Milena Preradovic: Wow, and then they are escorted there by other soldiers. So that sounds pretty crass.

Daniel Futschik: Some of them were escorted. Well, I heard it from one of them, but I also heard from one or the other that they then also went to the medical area in an escort, so to speak, and then they just waited until the measure was completed. A rather grotesque procedure.

Milena Preradovic: That is grotesque. In the film, a soldier also reports that 20% of his subunit were absent due to illness. He also reports one death after the fourth vaccination, so-called, and several heart problems. What do you know about vaccination injuries and illnesses among the troops?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, so from my circle of people with whom I speak, whom I know, also similar, I know just cases there, they are just physically no longer resilient at once, they were just previously top fit. Now they can’t even walk up a flight of stairs without needing an oxygen tent upstairs. So, so to speak, the performance is reduced from 100 to 10%. So that’s the case with people who are not even 30. I’ve also heard of neurological cases that, for example, I don’t know, there were cases that could no longer walk or had problems with their backs. Um, so as I said, there are really many, many different diseases that have suddenly appeared, which are normally not typical at this age at all and especially from now on. I also always asked, “what did you do, did you go to the doctor?” Many said yes, but that was usually generalized and talked down a bit, along the lines of: “Yes, it will be okay now. This is only for such a short time and everything will be fine again.”

Milena Preradovic: But the doctors have already seen a connection with the injection?

Daniel Futschik: No. That was of course negated, it was just not said what it is. Therefore so sweepingly said “that that becomes already again. It’s just a short-term thing”, but why, why, why, that wasn’t really said. That is just a little bit my request to all those who have problems, that they simply stay on it with the doctors and that everything is really clarified. Where in their sense, that they also really know why, why, why it is bad for them now.

Milena Preradovic: What I am wondering and the question to you: How do you explain that the vaccination obligation still applies in the German Armed Forces today? The German Armed Forces have done their own research and found that those who have been vaccinated three times are more likely to be infected with corona than those who have recovered. And of course they also know the problems with the injection, even Karl Lauterbach says in the meantime that there are severe vaccination damages. So how do you explain that this vaccination obligation still exists and that people are so insistent on it?

Daniel Futschik: Phew, that’s a good question. One thing is that in principle this vaccination obligation was introduced into the vaccination scheme that has to be tolerated. So that is per se fixed by law now. And I imagine that it would be somewhat difficult for our employer to row back and drop this vaccination requirement, because then he would have to admit that somehow it was not so good. And along with that, at least that’s my opinion and that’s what I hope, he must then also take responsibility that all those who now have problems are also treated, so to speak, and what do I know with however their life, which has now been a bit broken, is then further promoted, regardless of whether that’s money or whether they then still have to remain in service, however, or then go out with a military service injury and that could just once again result in a huge wave of lawsuits. So my opinion.

Milena Preradovic: Right. So the Federal Administrative Court has waved through the obligation to tolerate. However, the Federal Ministry of Defense is obliged to evaluate and monitor the maintenance of the Covid19 vaccination. Because, and I quote, “Standing orders must always be reviewed to determine whether they remain proportionate and discretionary in light of changed circumstances.” Do you know of any investigations at the Bundeswehr in this regard?

Daniel Futschik: No. Well, on the one hand I don’t know and on the other hand I also have the feeling that it’s not really being talked about openly. And I hope that something is going on in the background and that there will be a change at some point. But officially I don’t know anything about it. No.

Milena Preradovic: My first thought when I saw the film was, can’t you just leave? Can’t you just leave the Bundeswehr?

Daniel Futschik: Theoretically yes, practically it’s just a little difficult. Not really for the professional soldiers, because they only have to say: “I want to leave” and then they are out relatively quickly. But then, of course, without any pension entitlements whatsoever. What one would have after leaving the service. In the case like me or like me as a temporary soldier, it is more difficult. There is also a passage in the Soldiers Act that you can also apply as a regular soldier, so to speak, that you leave the service. But the employer has to agree. And so far I have not experienced this with anyone, because they are always told that they are still needed and there is no successor for the post. The reason for this is that you can’t let the soldier go, so it’s really difficult for us as regular soldiers to get out of the service or to apply for a reduction in service time, so to speak.

Milena Preradovic: But you expect your time in the Bundeswehr to end soon now. How is that then? Can you be dishonorably discharged?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, of course. If it goes through the court, then of course I would be dishonorably discharged. And if the term of service expires normally, I still have just under five years, that will just take a while. I hope that by then it will have been decided what will happen to me. But as a rule, when you leave the military service, you are dishonorably discharged.

Milena Preradovic: Are you actually disappointed with the Bundeswehr, for which you have also fought?

Daniel Futschik: Well, what does disappointed mean. Well, not so much with the Bundeswehr. But I am disappointed by the masses of superiors who go along with everything. And I would say that even at the end of the 20th/21st century, when the obligation to tolerate was introduced, there were already enough papers and studies where it was determined that this measure was not so great. And that’s why I’m disappointed with all the superiors who blindly go along with everything just because they’re ordered to.

Milena Preradovic: How is that actually? How was the behavior of your comrades towards you? Was there any bullying from superiors, also from comrades?

Daniel Futschik: Well, in my case not so, since I had a somewhat higher rank and also had to do with older comrades. But I did notice that the interpersonal contacts were then read a bit more quickly and that I was then the outsider.

Milena Preradovic: You have been with the Bundeswehr for your entire professional life. You are 40 years old. You have a family. Do you already know what you want to do afterwards?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, I have made plans and it is my turn to implement them. But I already have a plan and I’m not afraid of falling into a huge social hole.

Milena Preradovic: Do you not want to talk about it yet?

Daniel Futschik: Yes, I’m just building up my own business and I hope to be able to live from that.

Milena Preradovic: Yes, thank you very much, Daniel Futschik. Good luck, good nerves and success in your proceedings. And of course beyond that for your further life. Thank you for being there.

Daniel Futschik: Yes, thank you also.

Milena Preradovic: Well, guys, you can find the link to the film “Stand firm” with the touching soldiers’ statements under the video in the description. I find it completely incomprehensible that in times, in which even a Karl Lauterbach admits that there are heavy vaccination damages, that there is still forced injection. What’s going on in the German armed forces? So this topic has to be on the big table. So talk about it. Talk about it. Share this video. It needs to be on the table. I wish you all a good time. See you soon.

    Gengiftimpfer

    Das Impfen mit Gengift-Vakzinen,
    die Gewissheit sich verdichtet,
nicht der Gesundheit kann es dienen,
    nein, Leben es sogar vernichtet.

Die mit der Prüfung war’n befasst
    wie kaum anders zu erwarten,
    zu fragen hatte man verpasst:
Sind die vielleicht der Bock im Garten?

Wenn wir schon mal bei Böcken sind,
einen hat man ganz klar geschossen,
wer schwanger, alt, krank oder Kind
    wurde von Studien ausgeschlossen.

    Ferner war man nicht erpicht
    Nebenwirkungen zu erfassen,
    deshalb wurden sie einfach nicht
    für Auswertungen zugelassen.

Schwere Verläufe tat man nicht testen,
    falsches Placebo, dazu entblindet,
    solch Studienresultat am besten
    in einem Rundordner verschwindet.

    Obendrein ist längst bekannt
und nicht zum ersten Mal passiert,
    dass Bigpharma hat eklatant
    Testdaten passend umfrisiert.

    So haben letztlich unverhohlen
    Behörden wie auch ganze Staaten
    die Gengiftimpfungen befohlen,
    trotz eindeutig gezinkter Daten.

    Berichte jetzt zu Tage fördern,
sie können es nicht mehr verschleiern,
sie machten sich gemein mit Mördern,
die nur nach den Moneten geiern.

    Doch Geier mögen alle holen
    oder des Staatsanwaltes Knechte
    alle, die mit Lügenparolen
    raubten dem Volk die Rechte.

Raubten das Recht auf freien Willen,
    auf Teilnahme an einem Test,
erklärten nicht, dass er kann killen,
ihr Impfstoff, der wirkt wie die Pest.

    Wenn wir fest zusammenstehen
    und anzuklagen zögern nicht,
    könnte es gar bald geschehen,
    landen Giftimpfer vor Gericht.
